You can now create a Nudge™ completion or non-completion message.
Each message will be associated with a module. Once the user completes the orientation, the completion message will be sent out immediately. Non-completion messages will be sent out at a set schedule after the user has left the orientation without completion. If you want to have multiple non-completion messages sent on different dates and different messages for each, you will be able to schedule those as well. In addition, you can have both completion and non-completion messages set up for the same module. When you are ready to “Go Live” with your Nudge™ emailing messaging system contact our Customer Care Department.
