Comevo April 2013 Newsletter

Hello Readers,

First of all, our hearts go out to all those affected by the attack at the Boston Marathon earlier this month. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Boston.

This month has been quite an active one for Comevo. We had some new clients go live, planned a webinar for our clients, and welcomed back a familiar face to our team! Read on to learn more!

Also, be sure to check out the Comevo Blog for the latest news, updates, and orientation tips!

Product News: Webinar May 14th!

Spring has sprung and it’s time to start analyzing how your Online Orientation/Training is working. Did you know that you can find out exactly where a student/employee left the orientation/training if they don’t show up on your Completion Report? Ever wonder how many users answer a question correctly?

To find out how, join in on our next Refresher Training Webinar on Tuesday, May 14 at 10:00 am PST/12:00 pm CST/1:00 pm EST. The webinar will be held using a screen sharing program so you can view it from the comfort of your desk.

Please RSVP to leslie.coe@comevo.com by Tuesday, May 7 to be included. A link will be sent a few days prior to the webinar.

Comevo March 2013 Newsletter

Hello Readers!

Pennsylvania’s furry little groundhog did not see his shadow this year and launched us into an early spring. Spring typically marks a time for renewal and life and that is just the theme for this month’s newsletter. Comevo announces new customers and highlights a feature that will help bring your content to life! Read on for more news and tips!

Also, be sure to check out the Comevo Blog for the latest news, updates, and orientation tips!

Product News: Let’s go video!

In comparison to reading text, watching a video involves more senses and creates an almost live experience for the viewer with greater engagement and retention. Start, stop and rewind features are invaluable. It’s no wonder that very soon, 90% of all web traffic will be delivered through video. But keep them short and under 2 minutes with your most valuable video content within the first 30 seconds. Attention spans continue to get shorter and shorter.

Are you utilizing the power of video within your orientations and trainings? Try adding a new video to your content this month! To do so, you must have either the Enhanced or Premium packages to have video capability. If you’re unsure of what you have or wish to upgrade, send an email to sales@comevo.com to utilize this valuable tool!

Client News: New Corporate Client
